ROLE Content Strategist & Senior Copywriter

I managed the content strategy for the homepage, meeting daily with content producers to plan the daily editorial calendar, and curate/schedule hourly promos based on KPIs and news trends. I defined a new style guide to establish a global brand voice & tone, and wrote headlines and calls to action with strict character counts to procure clicks from MTV's tween audience.
