CLASS Copywriting Strategies for Better UX

TEACHING STUDENTS HOW COPY IMPACTS USER EXPERIENCE

For several months, I was an Adjunct Instructor for General Assembly, an education community that offers curriculum for in-demand skills across design, business, technology, and data. I pitched, designed the curriculum, and taught "Copywriting Strategies for Better UX," where students learned best practices for composing copy and expressing brand voice for digital products. The class was 1.5 hours of lecture and 30 minutes of Q&A. I taught this class once a month for 5 months. My slides are presented (without commentary) below.
